Between August, 2015 and September, 2015, Palm Institute of Strategic Leadership led by Dr. Peter Carlos Okantey won a very competitive bid to consult for then Mobile Business Clinic (MBC) now Mobile Business Clinic (MBC) Africa. The core purpose of the consultancy was for Palm Institute to assess the curricula of both Mobile Business Clinic (MBC) and Young Fellows Program (YFP) to drive optimal results. The above main goals coupled with all the detailed deliverables in the terms of reference were achieved within the stipulated time period for the project. Based on the quality of our delivery and upon the satisfaction of the Management of MBC and YFP, all the curricula we reviewed have been used thereafter for all the business clinics across Ghana.
Additionally, our expert recommendations which were grounded in the empirical evidences we gathered throughout the review process have better positioned both MBC and YFP and are being implemented.
